I did a lot of baking {and eating} over my Christmas vacation. We were getting together with some friends on Saturday evening so I thought I'd try to make some yummy cupcakes for our dessert. I was on a mission to use things from my pantry and this is what I came up with...
Strawberrry cupcakes, strawberry jam filling with whipped topping for the icing.
And oh they were yum!
Now I just want to try variations of this with other flavors.
I foresee a diet needed by summer :)
