I don't know when it happened, but all of a sudden we have a big boy on our hands! He is still so fun and adventurous. I've said this with every stage, but we are loving this one as well!
We went to the State Fair this past month and Chase enjoyed seeing all of the animals, eating the yummy food and people watching!
Chase is full of hugs and kisses lately. We enjoy all of the lovin' he gives out!
He is always on the move and practically runs. He loves wrestling with Daddy, reading books, playing ball and being outside.
He likes to "talk" on the phone and apparently mimics Daddy & Mommy walking around with his hands moving all around while he talks :)
Great Grandma Herring made a blanket {blue on back of chair} for Chase's birthday. It is soft and just like the other blankets that Chase loves. Thank you so much, Great Grandma!
When it comes to nap-time, Chase wants his blanket {he has a certain kind that he likes} and normally his bottle. He will take juice out of a sippy cup and we are working on transitioning his milk into a sippy cut as well.
Chase loves fruit and has been on a big blueberry kick lately. He says, num num when he wants more and he gets very aggressive about it :)
Chase normally takes just one nap a day. He is ready for bedtime around 8:00 pm. On the weekends, Chase gets to come to our bed in the morning and cuddle with Daddy & Mommy while he takes his bottle. We love that time with him and I think he likes it too! Sometimes I will turn cartoons on and he is starting to pay a little more attention to them. Up until now, he hasn't paid any attention to movies or cartoons.
Chase is trying to talk more and more. He says shoes, blanket, Mamaw, Papaw, Momma, Dadda, dog-dog, hi and is trying to say so much more!
Chase is a tough little guy. When he gets hurt, he wants his Momma but he seems to get over it pretty quick and he doesn't want pity.
Chase is wearing 12 months clothes and size 3 shoes. He goes to the doctor for his 15 month well baby visit soon and we are excited to see how much he has grown!
