Pregnancy Highlights -- Ten Week Countdown

We have made it to the 30 week mark

As of my last doctor's visit, I have gained 21 pounds so far in my pregnancy...and I feel like it!  Our little guy should be 15+ inches long now and weigh around 3 pounds.

Sleep is getting more difficult...for both Nathan & myself! :)  When I get sighs and comments that he is not sleeping so great these days, I keep reminding him if I'm tossing and turning all night long I'm probably not sleeping so well myself!  Neither of us are willing to give up and go to the guest bed though.

Maternity clothes are becoming more of a must.  Maxi dress/skirts are still my friend, but I'm having to hit up Target or Old Navy for some shirts that actually fit.  Motherhood's shirts are still a bit baggy and awkward on me.

Not swelling yet.

Still have a hearty appetite.
The heartburn comes and goes.  I've found some fruity tums that don't make me want to gag so it is manageable now!

He's still pretty active.  He doesn't wake me up at night yet.  He tends to me more active in the afternoons and evenings.  His activity is definitely getting stronger and sometimes makes me gasp because it catches me off guard.

We have our childbirth classes scheduled in the next few weeks and let me tell ya, Nathan cannot wait! :)  I guess it is more for my ease of mind than anything.

I still don't have the decor on the nursery walls, but I did get his rug and a little stand for his room this past week so we ARE making some progress.

I have started washing up his little clothes.  He has SO many newborn outfits...I hope he is small enough to even wear them!

I have his diaper bag packed and ready to go.

I have another baby shower this next week -- my sweet friends are throwing this one for me.  I'm really excited about it.

I'm at the doctor every two weeks now...I plan to have another update posted at 32 weeks!

You look wonderful, Leah! I saw your blog over at Brittany's. I was so glad to see it because I had been looking for it.
Happy gestating!

Loved reading this update girl! A little sad that I have not been able to be around to enjoy more of your pregnancy moments. :( You have always been the greatest Aunt and I am so happy you are going to be mama now. You look adorable! Love ya!
