Wreath Inspiration

I found this wreath @ Goodwill for $2.99
It isn't stunning in itself, but I immediately thought of how much that fake fruit would cost at the store. I snatched up my prize and ended up finding the perfect thing to go with it.

This darling little black tray...
I got home and took all of the green apples off of the wreath and lined them up on the tray. I love black and have an accent of green in my kitchen, so this made the perfect little decoration!

Isn't it darling!

End Table Re-do

I don't know that I can convey how ugly this was. It had marks of some sort all over it and was covered with some kind of terrible vinyl. The shape and style was sort of different and for $4.99 I thought I'd try to make it work in my living room.

Yes, I paint EVERYTHING black! :)
I got a silver handle for the drawer and black spray paint... it turned out perfect. Well, I'm happy with it at least!

The night I decided to bring it in the house I also figured would be a good time to change up some decor in my living room. This makes my husband CRAZY. He is not exactly one for change and would honestly prefer if I left everything alone - forever! :) Well, since that doesn't really work for me, thankfully he endured yet another decor change. However, he was an unwilling photo participant so I had to cut him out of the picture.
